Villas Virgin Gorda is excited to present Water’s Edge Villa!
Located on the southern tip of the island, this tranquil villa is on the border of Devil’s Bay National Park which is home to the world-famous Baths. The villa itself is nestled among the large granite boulders with many incorporated into the design of the home. Water’s Edge sits above a boulder field on the shore of Crooks Bay and offers impressive views of the Caribbean Sea.

The property at Water’s Edge is designed to become one with its surroundings and take advantage of the natural beauty found only in Virgin Gorda. There are multiple gathering spots on the expansive, modern, composite deck and two pools. The property is edged by a gate with Brazilian Hardwood doors and garden walls. This villa also has excellent high-speed wireless internet throughout the property!
The living and sleeping areas are comprised of 3 separate buildings, all situated around the deck, gardens, and pools.
The first building encompasses the main living space. Here you will be delighted by the large airy kitchen with high vaulted ceilings and entire walls of folding glass doors allowing you to cook while taking in the gorgeous vista and sea breeze. The kitchen has custom cabinetry, and granite countertops, and is equipped with large stainless steel appliances. Along with seating at the kitchen island, there is also a dining set indoors that seats six and an outdoor dining area directly off the kitchen that seats eight. The building has laundry facilities and a bathroom and outdoor shower to service the pool and living areas.
As you wander along the deck from the kitchen and dining area, you will find a second building with an open bonus room and huge windows to again remind you that you are in paradise. This bonus room is equipped with a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed and also an entertainment area.
Leaving the bonus room, you will make your way up a set of steps that seem to ascend through the boulders. Here you will find the second pool and the third building containing the 2+ bedrooms which can accommodate up to six people. One bedroom features a king bed a large seating area and a full kitchenette. The second bedroom features a king bed, a wet bar and mini fridge, and a set of bunk beds built into a small separate room. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and en suite bathrooms, double sinks, and large outdoor showers.
Water’s Edge is within a short drive of all of the shops, supermarkets, and dining available in Spanish Town. It is conveniently located near both the Marina and the Airport, allowing you to dive right into the comforts of this lovely property and begin enjoying your time on the island. Rates are based on an occupancy of 2 guests. There is an additional charge per additional guest.
Low and High season have a 5-night minimum stay required. The holiday season has a 10-night minimum stay required.
*** Due to potential risks associated with a lack of fencing around Water's Edge's patios, this villa is not suitable for young children.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel during the HOLIDAY SEASON (December 15 – January 5) will not receive any refunds.
90 or more day’s notice provided, 75% of payments made will be refunded.
46-89 days notice provided, 50% of payments made will be refunded.
45 days or less notice, no payment will be refunded.
There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.

Deposit Policy
VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA requires that 50% of the rent is due at the time you secure your reservation. The balance of the rent is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. No-shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. (See hurricane policy, below.) No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem that cannot be cured within 48 hours, or which causes the Guest extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. Guests who abandon their villa without authority agree they have no rights to compensation. Prices at all villas are subject to change. No rebates or increases in pricing will be made once the Guest’s deposit payment has been submitted.
HURRICANE POLICY:
In the event of a pending hurricane, all guests MUST vacate their villa when instructed to do so by VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA staff. Guests will only be asked to vacate the property if local officials have deemed it unsafe. If guests are asked to vacate the property; any unused rent will be refunded. If the guests leave on their own volition, no refund of any sort will be given. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to incur any travel related expenses associated with an early departure from the villa whether they leave on their own accord or if asked to do so by the staff of VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA.

The views, especially the sunrises were spectacular! All the decks/levels were fun to explore and witness different views. Michelle was great to work with and always available when we had questions, and she made some great recommendations of restaurants and activities. The stay was amazing, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this villa or any of the other villas through Villas Virgin Gorda- The location was excellent, the island was wonderful!

Tremendous property. Fabulous design and layout of the buildings and pools. Stunning views. Exceptional privacy. Michelle met us on arrival and escorted us around the villa. She gave us tips on our stay, where to go, what to eat, who to contact for recreation. We felt that we could talk to her at any time about needs or concerns. We came a long way from Idaho with 2 full days of travel in each direction. It was expensive, time consuming and wearying but the end result with the time at the villa made it worthwhile.
