Bayhouse features 3 bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, and numerous indoor and outdoor communal spaces. The bedrooms and the communal spaces are housed in two separate buildings that are connected by a covered outdoor dining terrace. This design has numerous benefits. The villa’s bedrooms and their secluded porches offer guests plenty of privacy. Conversely, the open floor plan in the villa’s communal areas provides guests with great spaces for social interaction.
The villa’s air-conditioned bedrooms each feature a bathroom and a covered porch. At night, with the windows open, you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves hitting the beach in front of the house.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor of the bedroom pavilion and has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom, also on the ground floor, has a king-sized bed. The third bedroom is up one flight of stairs. This bedroom has a queen-sized mattress and a very comfortable hammock on the porch outside your bedroom door.
Bayhouse’s communal areas include the living room, a ½ bath, a kitchen, and a dining room. The living room features a collapsible wall of glass doors that open to reveal a large covered terrace. From this comfy spot, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea and the villa’s tropical landscaping. Below this terrace, there is a swimming pool, a large pool deck, a reflecting pool, an outdoor shower, and expansive gardens.
Bayhouse features high-end appliances, modern furnishings and fixtures, and lush tropical landscaping. The house is in an exclusive residential neighborhood in the Valley, Virgin Gorda, and is ideally located only a 5 minutes drive from a dozen restaurants, the Virgin Gora Yacht Harbor, all of the island’s grocery stores, and a ½ dozen world-class beaches including The Baths, Spring Bay, and Little Trunk Bay. This house is the perfect setting for enjoying the very best of Virgin Gorda.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel during the HOLIDAY SEASON (December 15 – January 5) will not receive any refunds.
90 or more day’s notice provided, 75% of payments made will be refunded.
46-89 days notice provided, 50% of payments made will be refunded.
45 days or less notice, no payment will be refunded.
There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.

Deposit Policy
VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA requires that 50% of the rent is due at the time you secure your reservation. The balance of the rent is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. No-shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. (See hurricane policy, below.) No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem that cannot be cured within 48 hours, or which causes the Guest extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. Guests who abandon their villa without authority agree they have no rights to compensation. Prices at all villas are subject to change. No rebates or increases in pricing will be made once the Guest’s deposit payment has been submitted.
HURRICANE POLICY:
In the event of a pending hurricane, all guests MUST vacate their villa when instructed to do so by VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA staff. Guests will only be asked to vacate the property if local officials have deemed it unsafe. If guests are asked to vacate the property; any unused rent will be refunded. If the guests leave on their own volition, no refund of any sort will be given. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to incur any travel related expenses associated with an early departure from the villa whether they leave on their own accord or if asked to do so by the staff of VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA.

"Gorgeous House and setting"
We had a wonderful time in the Bayhouse Villa. Everything was perfect for all ages. Food and alcohol delivery made it extra special. The managers help in booking excursions, a chef, and dinner reservations made the trip a pleasure.

If you’ve ever booked a property and wondered if it would meet your expectations of what you saw or read on the website, look no further than Bayhouse Villa. My wife and I spent a week there for our 25th anniversary and were blown away. The views from every room in the house were breathtaking and even though we were close to great beaches and restaurants, we really didn’t want to leave the house. Even though we have visited many wonderful places in the Caribbean, we cannot recommend a better place for a special and magical vacation.
