We absolutely loved our visit at this beautiful villa and Island. The view spectacular, lovely breeze, we gasped every time we opened the door to the property. Michelle could not have been more helpful or accommodating in any way! Any questions we had, she was right there! She went over and above! The island is so beautiful and the people made it even more beautiful! They are so genuinely nice and happy to have you visit their island.

If you’re looking for breathtaking views, unique architecture and peaceful days/nights- this villa is for you! We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another vacation there before we left. Michelle greeted us at the ferry dock and led us to the villa. She did an excellent job of answering our questions and suggesting restaurants and grocery stores. See you in the Fall!!!

We were so impressed that Michelle was at the ferry waiting for us and guided us to the villa. She stayed with us during a delay caused by an accident. The villa was very clean upon arrival and the housecleaning during the stay was great. Couldn’t be more pleased.

We had a wonderful time! The house and surroundings were unbelievable! We come back without a doubt!!!

The villa was amazing. It felt like we were staying on the face of mars. The boulders, the view, the water, the proximity to the baths and parks were all amazing. We can't suggest this villa enough. Absolutely beautiful.

I've rented many villas on VG, BVI over the years, and several from Villas Virgin Gorda. 2 weeks ago, I rented Water's Edge and it was probably the best villa I've ever rented on Virgin Gorda. The location was amazing and the view was spectacular. The villa was well-appointed and very comfortable with plenty of space to move around if you have a large group. Although I was by myself, I did not feel overwhelmed by the size of the villa. The master bedroom I occupied was spacious and pretty much self-contained with its own little kitchen. There are 2 pools, several decks for lounging, and several areas for alfresco dining.
I also can't say enough about Christi and Candice from Villas Virgin Gorda. They will take care of your every need, and try their best to fulfill every request. They are always available and very responsive and accommodating. From providing groceries/spirits to making an appointment for an exit covid test, all I had to do was send a text and ask.
I would highly recommend renting Waters Edge Villa; you will not be disappointed. If not Waters Edge, I highly recommend using Villas Virgin Gorda to rent another villa in their portfolio!

The view is unreal, staff/management extremely nice and very responsive and above all the location on top of the baths is perfect. We will definitely be considering your company for future trips.

I don't have enough words to say how spectacular this house is, the view from wherever you are is a dream. Christi is an amazing host, very attentive, and the times I wrote to ask her any questions, she answered immediately. Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations.

We have rented many villas. We have also rented on Virgin Gorda. This was one of the best we have ever rented. Although most villas we've stayed in have been larger, we thought we'd try something that was smaller with only two of us. I was skeptical at first, and did not know what to expect. I was worried it would be a pain to not have direct access to the beach, or that it would be far from everything. I was wrong! The drive to the beach was short, and it was easy. The villa is not far from everything. You forget how things aren't that far when there is no traffic! There are places where the drive is farther, but its not bad. Villas Virgin Gorda is possibly the best property management company I've seen. We live in Orlando, and we have an awareness of high standards for guest service. Villas Virgin Gorda does not make you feel like you are another reservation. Instead, you are a valued guest. Candice picked us up at the ferry, and she was inviting and smiling even though it was pouring rain! She really brings that guest experience to a high rating with her professional, but not too stuffy personality. She was reachable during our stay if we had a question, and she was immediate in her responses. Villas Virgin Gorda leaves you with the impression they have a seamless operation, and this is unusual in today's world. They made the whole process of booking the villa easy, and everything else fell into place. Everyone involved with maintaining Waters Edge is working hard. The villa was possibly the cleanest we have ever rented. The grounds were well kept and the flowers and cactus were trimmed, but still had the tropical feel. The bathrooms were spotless. I would have thought they were new. We have stayed in highly rated hotels that were not as clean! The rest of the villa was clean, but I always notice bathrooms immediately. I am sensitive to smells and mold, but I can say there were no offensive smells and I did not get congested at all. The location is convenient to The Baths, restaurants, Dive BVI, and the drive is not bad to the North Sound. You have a constant breeze at this villa, and you can see the ocean from almost all rooms and the outdoor areas.The villa has two masters, and one of them has a mini kitchen. The masters have their own spacious bathrooms. There are two pools. If you have a family of 4, or even 2 couples, this villa is ideal. The villa has a large kitchen that is fully equipped, and there is probably every utensil and pot or pan that you might need to make dinner. We only did a quick breakfast, and used the toaster, tea pot, and pan for eggs. There is a large table indoors and out for dining. There are many smaller tables and chairs throughout the property. People who prefer to grill also have that available outdoors. Also, you can access a game room with a Wii. There is no cable. They do have Wifi, and you can use your iPad or computer to watch Netflix. I know if you are bringing kids, they might want to have access to the iPad or computer. Those who need to check in at work might also need the Wifi. You might want to be aware there is only one couch in the entire villa. The rest of the seating is a cushion on bench type seating, or chairs for the tables. I don't know if this would bother anyone, but some people like sitting on a couch. They do have outdoor tables/chairs, and lounges. If you like to read, I would suggest taking more than one book. You can read and it's quiet. You will not be disturbed. I liked to sit by the pool and feel the breeze and read. There was not too much to read at the villa. The Baths and Spring Bay are close to the villa. We drove to both. There are beach chairs and a cooler for you to borrow. Spring Bay is quieter than The Baths, at least it was when we were there! You can eat at the Top of the Baths, or Mad Dog if you want to stay close. Mad dog has a porch with a breeze. Coco Maya is not far, and is nice for dinner. We also ate at Nail Bay and loved Sugarcane! We did love the family of chickens that was out in the driveway most mornings. There were even babies!
