Located just a short and easy 8-minute walk down a paved road to the secluded sands of Crooks Bay beach, Indigo Hill Villa provides the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. Lovingly redesigned using the villa’s original footprint, the home boasts modern conveniences while preserving its charm—original tiled floors, exposed beams, and elegant finishes create a timeless yet sophisticated atmosphere.
Custom-made furnishings by Arawak Interiors, luxurious lighting, and thoughtful details complement the villa's natural beauty, while high-speed Wi-Fi throughout keeps you connected if needed. Notably, this private villa, built in 1991, is available for rent for the first time.

Upon entering the villa, the expansive sea view will immediately captivate you through mahogany bifold glass doors. The open-plan main floor seamlessly combines living, dining, and kitchen areas.
Living Area: Relax on the large L-shaped sofa and enjoy a hidden smart TV (with NYC-based streaming channels), a turntable with albums, and portable Bluetooth speakers for music anywhere on the property.
Kitchen: Perfect for cooking and entertaining, the fully equipped kitchen features:

Viking appliances: Refrigerator/freezer, 6-burner convection range, dishwasher, microwave drawer.

Dining: The indoor dining table comfortably seats 8, while the adjacent covered terrace offers a second dining table for up to 12 with incredible views of the Drake Channel.
Although the space has air conditioning, the villa is perfectly situated take advantage of our wonderfully cooling trade winds. All doors and windows have built in screens so you can truly enjoy the outdoors while you are indoors.
Step onto the terrace and you’ll find an outdoor rainfall shower and half bath, gas grill, covered dining area with seating for 8, and a bridge leading to a unique seating area atop a massive boulder—perfect for sunset drinks, moonlit conversations, or stargazing with music or birdsong in the background.
