This centrally air-conditioned 3-bedroom 3.5 bath villa is situated within a lush tropical garden bordering the ultra-exclusive private Nail Bay Golf Course. The rooftop deck which has well over 1,000 sq. ft., is perfectly situated to capture the best sunset views and the seemingly never-ending boating traffic on the Sir Francis Drake Channel.
1 Paradise Lane can be rented together with Sunset Watch as a 3-bedroom villa that can accommodate up to 8 people. Amenities include a gourmet kitchen, outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, and 4 Smart TVs all with access to Amazon music and movies and Apple movies. The TV and internet are connected to fiber optic internet service from FLOW BVI offering high-speed internet and digital TV service with a large selection of channels and streaming capabilities. Cordless phones with a local number for free local calls are available for your convenience. Connect music from any device to our portable waterproof Bluetooth speaker to play music or take it out to the roof deck, pool, and beach with its own travel bag. You can use the iPad to read the New York Times daily.
The kitchen sits adjacent to an open dining area that seats 8 people comfortably around a long dining table under a modern chandelier. Like everywhere else in this villa, the kitchen and dining area have a picture-perfect view of the Dog Islands and the Caribbean Sea.
Along with incredible views, this kitchen has everything you could ever want. This brand-new, fully furnished kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and a full complement of dinnerware and glassware. It has lots of storage for groceries. With over 26 feet of Corian counter space, an oversized custom Corian built-in double sink with the garbage disposal, and a separate wet bar with a built-in sink, this kitchen is perfect for several people to work in the kitchen at the same time and will appeal to anyone that likes to entertain.
The living room is strategically situated next to a 12-foot wide by 8-foot-high sliding glass door with dramatic unobstructed views of the blue waters of Sir Francis Drake Channel and the Dog Islands. With a west-facing orientation, you can catch magical views every day of the sunset from the living room or rooftop deck.
If you absolutely MUST do any work while you are in paradise, we have provided a desk, a monitor, and a chair. An all-in-one color printer/copier and fax machine are also available.
Bedroom One is located adjacent to the sitting area, featuring a very comfortable king-size bed with views looking out to Sir Francis Drake Channel right from the bed. The en-suite master bathroom features a large dual vanity with a Corian countertop and two built-in Corian sinks, a closet to hang your clothes, and a private toilet room that can be closed with a barn door. You will enjoy the spacious alfresco shower for two including a stand-alone rain shower.
Bedroom Two is accessed easily from the living room through a set of spacious barn doors. This bedroom features a king-size bed that can be converted into two twin beds upon request. The second bedroom has a set of oversized windows that fully capture the dramatic views in every direction and create the ultimate indoor/outdoor living space.
The en-suite bathroom features a vanity with two built-in sinks, a closet to hang your clothes, a private toilet room that can be closed with a barn door, and a spacious 58" x 88" rectangle sliding Steam Shower.
The most talked-about feature of 1 Paradise Lane is the Roof Top Deck, the ultimate sunset viewing space on Virgin Gorda. With over 1,000 sq. ft of plush synthetic grass carpet covering the rooftop deck, which is for the exclusive use of guests of 1 Paradise Lane, it is an unforgettable location to sunbathe, lounge, and dine all while overlooking the Sir Francis Drake Channel of the Caribbean. Two large retractable awnings will provide shade for those who desire it.
For your entertainment there is a Giant Plastic Chess Set with 25” high pieces on a nylon board to practice your chess moves. Alternatively, you can use the 39.4” x 118” outdoor golf putting green training mat or the 2.5’ x 10’ Pure Putt Challenge Mini-Course Golf to practice your golf while looking at Nail Bay Golf Course. Or you can enjoy the Jenga® GIANTTM JS6TM Hardwood Game, horseshoe set or ring toss game set, or the 2' x 3' Classic Cornhole Board
You are always just steps from a freshwater pool. The water temperature here is always refreshing and you can even keep an eye on the Caribbean Sea while sipping your drink in the pool. There are numerous recliners and intimate seating areas on the native stone patio around the pool which is bordered by a beautifully landscaped garden.
Guests can slip down a native stone pathway and, within a few minutes, sink their toes into the sands of the isolated Nail Bay Beach immediately below Virgin Gorda's western shore. You have access as well to a 1,600 sq. ft of private white sandy beach with 125 feet of beachfront. A hammock welcomes you to lounge on this sandy beach. Or relax on the outdoor seating next to a picnic table to enjoy a picnic in comfort.
All guests staying at Paradise Lane have complimentary access to all the facilities of Nail Bay Sports Club including the outdoor tennis court, indoor squash court, air-conditioned gym, and indoor ping pong room. Paradise Lane is an easy walking distance of the beautiful swim-up bar and pool next to the highly acclaimed Sugar Cane Restaurant which has an amazing sunset view.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel during the HOLIDAY SEASON (December 15 – January 5) will not receive any refunds.
90 or more day’s notice provided, 75% of payments made will be refunded.
46-89 days notice provided, 50% of payments made will be refunded.
45 days or less notice, no payment will be refunded.
There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.

Deposit Policy
VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA requires that 50% of the rent is due at the time you secure your reservation. The balance of the rent is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. No-shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. (See hurricane policy, below.) No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem that cannot be cured within 48 hours, or which causes the Guest extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. Guests who abandon their villa without authority agree they have no rights to compensation. Prices at all villas are subject to change. No rebates or increases in pricing will be made once the Guest’s deposit payment has been submitted.
HURRICANE POLICY:
In the event of a pending hurricane, all guests MUST vacate their villa when instructed to do so by VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA staff. Guests will only be asked to vacate the property if local officials have deemed it unsafe. If guests are asked to vacate the property; any unused rent will be refunded. If the guests leave on their own volition, no refund of any sort will be given. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to incur any travel related expenses associated with an early departure from the villa whether they leave on their own accord or if asked to do so by the staff of VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA.

If you’re looking for breathtaking views, unique architecture and peaceful days/nights- this villa is for you! We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another vacation there before we left. Michelle greeted us at the ferry dock and led us to the villa. She did an excellent job of answering our questions and suggesting restaurants and grocery stores. See you in the Fall!!!

I've rented many villas on VG, BVI over the years, and several from Villas Virgin Gorda. 2 weeks ago, I rented Water's Edge and it was probably the best villa I've ever rented on Virgin Gorda. The location was amazing and the view was spectacular. The villa was well-appointed and very comfortable with plenty of space to move around if you have a large group. Although I was by myself, I did not feel overwhelmed by the size of the villa. The master bedroom I occupied was spacious and pretty much self-contained with its own little kitchen. There are 2 pools, several decks for lounging, and several areas for alfresco dining.
I also can't say enough about Christi and Candice from Villas Virgin Gorda. They will take care of your every need, and try their best to fulfill every request. They are always available and very responsive and accommodating. From providing groceries/spirits to making an appointment for an exit covid test, all I had to do was send a text and ask.
I would highly recommend renting Waters Edge Villa; you will not be disappointed. If not Waters Edge, I highly recommend using Villas Virgin Gorda to rent another villa in their portfolio!

I don't have enough words to say how spectacular this house is, the view from wherever you are is a dream. Christi is an amazing host, very attentive, and the times I wrote to ask her any questions, she answered immediately. Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations.
"This was one of the best villas we have ever rented"
We have rented many villas. We have also rented on Virgin Gorda. This was one of the best we have ever rented. Although most villas we've stayed in have been larger, we thought we'd try something that was smaller with only two of us. I was skeptical at first, and did not know what to expect. I was worried it would be a pain to not have direct access to the beach, or that it would be far from everything. I was wrong! The drive to the beach was short, and it was easy. The villa is not far from everything. You forget how things aren't that far when there is no traffic! There are places where the drive is farther, but its not bad. Villas Virgin Gorda is possibly the best property management company I've seen. We live in Orlando, and we have an awareness of high standards for guest service. Villas Virgin Gorda does not make you feel like you are another reservation. Instead, you are a valued guest. Candice picked us up at the ferry, and she was inviting and smiling even though it was pouring rain! She really brings that guest experience to a high rating with her professional, but not too stuffy personality. She was reachable during our stay if we had a question, and she was immediate in her responses. Villas Virgin Gorda leaves you with the impression they have a seamless operation, and this is unusual in today's world. They made the whole process of booking the villa easy, and everything else fell into place. Everyone involved with maintaining Waters Edge is working hard. The villa was possibly the cleanest we have ever rented. The grounds were well kept and the flowers and cactus were trimmed, but still had the tropical feel. The bathrooms were spotless. I would have thought they were new. We have stayed in highly rated hotels that were not as clean! The rest of the villa was clean, but I always notice bathrooms immediately. I am sensitive to smells and mold, but I can say there were no offensive smells and I did not get congested at all. The location is convenient to The Baths, restaurants, Dive BVI, and the drive is not bad to the North Sound. You have a constant breeze at this villa, and you can see the ocean from almost all rooms and the outdoor areas.The villa has two masters, and one of them has a mini kitchen. The masters have their own spacious bathrooms. There are two pools. If you have a family of 4, or even 2 couples, this villa is ideal. The villa has a large kitchen that is fully equipped, and there is probably every utensil and pot or pan that you might need to make dinner. We only did a quick breakfast, and used the toaster, tea pot, and pan for eggs. There is a large table indoors and out for dining. There are many smaller tables and chairs throughout the property. People who prefer to grill also have that available outdoors. Also, you can access a game room with a Wii. There is no cable. They do have Wifi, and you can use your iPad or computer to watch Netflix. I know if you are bringing kids, they might want to have access to the iPad or computer. Those who need to check in at work might also need the Wifi. You might want to be aware there is only one couch in the entire villa. The rest of the seating is a cushion on bench type seating, or chairs for the tables. I don't know if this would bother anyone, but some people like sitting on a couch. They do have outdoor tables/chairs, and lounges. If you like to read, I would suggest taking more than one book. You can read and it's quiet. You will not be disturbed. I liked to sit by the pool and feel the breeze and read. There was not too much to read at the villa. The Baths and Spring Bay are close to the villa. We drove to both. There are beach chairs and a cooler for you to borrow. Spring Bay is quieter than The Baths, at least it was when we were there! You can eat at the Top of the Baths, or Mad Dog if you want to stay close. Mad dog has a porch with a breeze. Coco Maya is not far, and is nice for dinner. We also ate at Nail Bay and loved Sugarcane! We did love the family of chickens that was out in the driveway most mornings. There were even babies!
